Brighten My Day

August 15, 2006

Humour and its side effect, laughter, have been shown to improve both blood pressure and heart rate in seriously ill people. It is therapeutic. A little humour can heal broken relationships, defuse angry situations, and provide a much-needed change in perspective.

We should invest some humour in our lives by searching out and learning good jokes. They should be easy to remember and allow us to pass our own humour test. Never choose a joke that denigrates others – that is simply not funny. Stick with good taste and leave ’em rollin’.

Laughter is the most beautiful and beneficial therapy. 😆

Tell me some good jokes in my comment box. Even after you have left, please don’t hesitate to come back again & share more good jokes. Let us all have a good laugh today & everyday. Thanks!

It’s been said that for if you laugh for ten minutes in the day, you’d have 2 hours of uninterrupted sleep at night.. so laugh your day away! 🙂

    Really? That’s great! 😆

Laughing is definitely the best medicine for everything. Smiling itself releases endorphins … (:

Besides, everyone is attractive when they smile. 🙂

Searching is too difficult, I’ll just make my own lame jokes instead! 🙂

    Hehe 🙂

Kyels – Yes, we should all release En Dolphins, cause they do good tricks like back flips and walking on their tails! 🙂
