Choose to See the Best in Others
February 18, 2007
Life is about choices, and one of the more important ones is how you view other people.
You can choose to focus on an individual’s good points or keep your eyes on those things that annoy you. You can choose to acknowledge and praise an individual’s gifts, talents, and contributions, or choose to stay blind to the positive characteristics and see only their faults.
How you choose to see others, to a very great extent, reflects your opinion of your own self-worth. It also affects how you feel about the world in general.
To choose to see the good in yourself and in others is to acknowledge that God is the giver of all good gifts. It is something you can do to make your world a brighter place.
I look for the best in someone, and then tell them what I see.

The bad reflects the good, making it outstanding
However, we should always look for the good as there is always a silver lining behind every cloud.
See the good and praise
See the bad and help correct them
π
So, what do you see in me, Matt?
