Throwing a stone in a pond is bound to produce ripples.

A person can only choose whether to throw the stone or not.

The consequences of one’s actions and the actions cannot be separated.

Every person has the freedom of choosing one’s actions – but no control over the consequences of one’s actions.

If one chooses the right actions, the right results are bound to come.

Sometimes even the right action can have some bad reactions
You can never know until it happens

There will always be a chain reaction after a certain action, which is why it’s important for us to consider every decision we make carefully 🙂

    Well said, Sha. 🙂

  7. Someone must have thrown a stone at my face. It’s all rippled! 🙂

I agree with Matt. Even the correct action can have bad results.
For instance, how many whistle blowers have lost their job and then been unable to get a job for years. They’re action of revealing something being done wrong by their company/Government etc might save lives [good result], but then they’re screwed themselves [bad result for them personally].

Not all good actions come with rewards, and often the good person doing the action will have to suffer bad repurcussions of some sort. Sometimes it isn’t even the person doing the good deed who suffers either, but some other party, just because we cannot control the actions of others or how they will react to a good deed.

Hmmm.. you have a very interesting point of view.

    Thanks for sharing, Dabs. 🙂

We may make the right decision but end result may not be that pleasing sometimes. But I totally agree with you. God gave one thing to us, the freewill… we all should use it wisely 🙂

Like the freewill to leave your name as Anonymous? LOL 😆

You have the right to choose the actions, but you too must have the responsibilities for the consequences, right? 😉
