Begin
July 29, 2008
When I started blogging two years ago today, although it was as small as small could be, it was a beginning.
To begin is to create an imaginary line between the beginning and the goal one have in mind.
When I opened up, I knew the goal I had in mind, but I didn’t dwell on it. I began and did what I had to do each day. My mind was on today’s needs, not tomorrow’s dreams.
How can one achieve anything if one doesn’t simply begin? Because, to begin is to knock.
What’s that line in the Bible?
“In the beginning…”

The Greatest Lecture Ever Given About LIVING
I know tears are not what Dr. Randy Pausch wanted to inspire, but, our tears fall because we have seen a human being worthy of symbolizing the race of beings created by a perfect God. I wish our planet could keep him, but, someone with his beauty and inner light belongs with God and his angels.
May He Rest in Peace.

Take the Road less Traveled
July 25, 2008
The pathway of the singular is almost by definition the inventive pathway. Why follow the crowd and do what is laid out for you? So what if it is what everyone else is doing? How do you see it? That’s the way to go. Robert Frost, in his poem “The Road Not Taken” writes:
As I look back over my life with a God-like view, seeing it all on an infinite straight line, in many ways I took the road less traveled and came out the better for it.
I don’t know of anyone who has traveled the same road I took. It is a road I have been happy with. It’s a road less traveled.

Row, Row, Row Your Boat..
July 15, 2008
Have you ever thought about the lyrics of the song Row, Row, Row Your Boat ?
The composer said ‘row’ three times – in other words, he meant it. Get moving.
But do it gently.. meaning ‘without harm’.
Down the stream – with the flow of Universal energy. With the flow of consciousness.
Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily, four times. He’s saying ‘be joyful’.
Life is but a dream. And each of us has our own individual dream.
What are you waiting for, my friends? Let’s start singing now…
Row, row, row your boat
Gently down the stream.
Merrily, merrily, merrily, merrily,
Life is but a dream.
