Laughter promotes good health, both in body and spirit. It not only brightens your mood, but also eases tension. A good dose of laughter has been shown to improve blood circulation, stimulate digestion, lower blood pressure, and prompt the brain to release pain-reducing endorphins.
Laughter is also a sign that you place your hope in God instead of the changing circumstances around you. It is the best response you can make to your own human frailties as you strive to live a hope-filled life.
Being cheerful keeps you healthy.
It is slow death to be gloomy all the time.

One minute we’ve got a life,
The next day it could be all gone.
Will there be any after thoughts,
Or regrets of things done wrong?
Who will speak of us?
Who’ll say something in a kind way?
Who could we really count on,
When comes that special day?
Did we speak good of others?
Did we treat them with care?
Did we leave this world with regrets?
Have we left with that fear?
Now that we have the chance,
We can make each day a new.
Share our hearts with those around,
Help them remember us with love too.
For the life we live here today,
Reflects on what tomorrow will be.
If we live our lives with no regrets,
Then we’ll be remembered with love you see.
