When I say nothing at all…

We Must Be Serving

I asked myself, “Am I serving?”

No one is truly alive who is not in service to others.

The following song and prayer goes straight to the heart.

Now that you have listened to the song and prayer, ask yourself, “Do I seek to understand instead of only wanting to be understood?”

I look at each part of the prayer and ask myself, ” Am I in partnership with this prayer of service?”

From my heart I say… find a way to serve.

Life is a River

When it comes down to it, few events in life are worthy of the discomfort we put ourselves through by worrying about them in advance. The river of life flows on, following a course only partially of our making. We may be able to steer the boat, but the river has its own shape, and all our worrying won’t change its contours.

Life is a river. Go with the flow.
